even if Mariska does not win this year which i hope she does SVU still has a good chance of get an Emmy win out of someone in that category!

Nice to see so many emmy noms for SVU..Ellen Burstyn is who I would like to see win. I agree with you on that one; Burstyn was superb. Interesting that in addition to the SVU nominees in this category, the other 2 nominees have also appeared on SVU.

Interesting that three guest nods are from SVU. I have to admit, I'm pretty much giving up on the Emmy's for now until somebody over there takes their head out of the sand. The same old nominations every year are getting old, and some quality programs and people are simply getting robbed of recognition.

i do agree that the noms for the fave actor/actresses have been about the same for the last few years but it is good for Mariska! lol there should be others out there though that deserve to be on there!
