She is an underrecognized character. I'm glad that they added her to the credits this season. Hopefully, they'll give her some interesting story lines. This weeks episode sounds so good. I can't wait to see how they develop her character more fully. This show is the best on TV and hopefully Dick Wolf will utilize all of his characters/actors fairly.

Now that show does 2 detectives one week and 2 the other. The show wasnt working with an all Goren/Eames story line

OHHH! HE'S MAKING ME ANGRY! YOU DO NOT WANT TO SEE ME ANGRY!!! Its a great idea. one week Munch and Fin, next week Elliot and Liv..Melinda Warner can do both as can Casey Novak like CI..I was no CI fan till they added Det. Logan every other week..Now I watch it...Last night was superb. I have seen it work in other series over the years. sure cant hurt

Of course it won't hurt! EQUAL OPPERTUNITY!!! something needs to be done to even it out. in The mother ship the time is 1/2 Law and 1/2 order and its been working since 1990. but SVU is different theres 4 detectives and 2 cant do fetch and carry to the others. They are all Det...No one has a higher ranking than the other. I thought the way it worked was that someone was assigned by their captain as a catcher when someone walked in with a complaint ..and other went on calls..Benson and Stabler are doing all the catching and field work..thats not realistic in real life is it?..Anytime I have had to call the police for something I never got the same cop twice and I live in a small suburb. How come Manhattan South sends the same 2 every day..OMG I am ranting like our beloved Munchkin :yahoo:

He has ket his other 2 shows formats the same even with character additions or subtractions the basic premise doesnt change. Its almost like he is capitalising on the attactiveness of Meloni and Hargitay and they are hot :moretongue: but he usually doesnt do his shows around that :dntknw: :dntknw:

I think you pinpointed something very important here...and something that makes the difference with his other shows!!! He indeed is capitalising on the attactiveness of Meloni and Hargitay....and you're right their hot...but I think somehow the success met by the two actors that I am sure represent in the popular minds "the ideal couple of law inforcement" did turn is head from the truth of the show. It's so easy to rely on a success generated by a viewing of E/O romance fans!! He took the easy road...and it never fails to fail if you pardon the bad pun!!

Hey the pun wasnt all that bad :laughyay: and I agree he is taking the easy road and forgetting that Tamara Tunie is also hot and so is Diane Neal ..This show needs them to succeed which is why I was so exicted at Tunie becoming a major player..thought it would round things out and if they were gonna go for glamour couples Ice-T has always been hot and he paired with Tamara isnt to bad..And then theres John Munch..He was the original guy on this..He reprised his John Munch role from Homicide at the beginning of this show and kept it afloat. Oh well I am beating it to death :hammer: :hammer:

Thank you Finaddict I totally agree with you Fin and Warner are two hot characters/actors!! And when Wolf finally gets back to his senses he will maybe realize that his show is getting a bit too much "a whiter shade of pale" :winky: !! And of course Munch deserves a lot more than what he is getting....this guy is a precious source of irony and fun!!!! I love that very munch :rolling:
