OMG...I just saw baseball history. An unassisted triple play. Asdrubal Cabrera rocks. It is only the 3rd unassisted triple play in Indians history. and 13 over all in the league I believe. WOOT...

The Indians are on a roll. They ptiched another shut out last night. I think this is the best this team has pitched in years.

The Indians lost too. They played the Cincinnati Reds and lost 4-3 in Cincy. Not a good night for you or me, oowsvu.

Cleveland sports fans had a dismal weekend. Glad at least one of your teams won.

Jon Lester of the Red Sox pitched a no hitter! This is the second year in a row that the Sox have pitched one. Jason Varitek became the 1st catcher to catch 4 no hitters. This was Lester's first Major League complete came. He came back after surviving non-Hodgin's Lymphoma.

I have seen 3 no hitters (actually saw 2, 1 was only on the radio. LOL) Sonny Seibert no hit the old Washington Senators in the 60's watched the game with my Dad. Dick Bosman pitched a no hitter in the 70's. I listened on the radio and sadly this old girl can't remember who they were playing. Then in the 80's my son's baseball game was rained out and I saw Lenny Barker pitch a perfect game. Don't remember the team there either. Back to back senior moments

Back to back senior moments I remember the Bosman game very well because I also saw it! It was vs the World Champion Oakland Athletics! My 2nd favorite team next to the San Francisco Giants. The date was July 20th, 1974. Ironically, his error prevented a perfect game! The Len Barker game was vs. Toronto on May 15th, 1981. Yes, I did a little digging. I also saw 2 other no hitters involving the Athletics and 2 with the Giants. In each case we won one and lost one. Dave Stewart vs. Toronto; June 29th, 1990 (won) This one involved 4 pitchers for Baltimore: Bob Milacki, Mike Flanagan, Mark Williamson & Gregg Olson vs. Oakland; July 13th, 1991. (lost) John Montefusco vs Atlanta, Sept. 29th, 1976. (won) Philadelphia-Kevin Millwood, April 27th, 2003. (lost)
