The Giants lost to the Phillies on Friday with Cliff Lee pitching. He was excellent. Giants came back and won on Saturday and won with Tim Lincecum pitching.

He is awesome and he didn't want to leave Cleveland. Hope he leads the Sox to a division title.

Time for a playoff update:
Dodgers, Yankees, Cardinals, & Angels have clinched their Divisions. Red Sox and Rockies are leaders for the Wild Card. Phillies are in the lead for the NL East. Tigers are 2 games ahead for the AL Central and they are now in a big series. They play 2 games today. Yesterdays game was postponed due to rain.

I am crossing my fingers for the Tigers. I think they lost to the Twins as my yahoosports shows the Tigers up by only one.

I heard about game one, who won game 2? GO TIGERS *rawr* By now you probably know that the Tigers won game 2 by a score of 6-5. So they are back where they started with a 2 game lead. I jumped the gun on the Dodgers clinching the NL West. They need to win 1 more game or Colorado lose 1 to clinch. The Phillies magic number is also 1. The Red Sox clinched a Wild Card spot. They lost the game but so did the Rangers.

I am hoping and prayin the Tigers can pull this off. Our dismal Indians today announced the Manager and the entire coaching staff won't be back next year. Now if we could only find someone to take Mark Shapiro our GM
