DID I NOT CALL IT!! I knew it was Dale! The second he messed up the paper work...I just knew it.
The death of Ryan...that was a bit to fast/quick for me. I thought there'd be a little more time to show the detectives mourning for him, but oh well...
My two pet peeves in this episode, the first: Cabot stuck in traffic! Really! In all of her years on SVU, this was the only time she gets 'stuck' in traffic!!
The second: Benson/Dale kiss. That actually grossed me out! I thought it be like a peck and she was done...but noooo, she went full on! And did you see Elliot's face! I thought he'd just pass out at the sight of it.
Fave moment: Elliot getting a smack down from Liv. Nobody can do a smack down like that other then Liv!
Over all, it was a really great season finale. I can't remember when I enjoyed a season finale like that. It was well done.

Omg what a finale!!! The moment Dale turned out to be crazy I was like 'oh great, this is gonna be like in movies and ruin the whole episode again' but it really didn't. He could have act more angious, angry and insecure during his psychosis, rather than cocky, but it didn't really matter. It was still like that moment in ep Fault... I kept thinking about Munch... his conspiracy theory-mumblejambuu got a whole new aspect since his ex-wife was mentally ill and he has been forced to deal with real paranoia... Ryan.. ...When Judge Connelly got injected with that syringe I was a little pissed because I didn't want her die, but now I'm pissed it was Ryan who died and not her! Mention of Finland, yay! (I have my roots in Finland so gotta so must watch the episode again to make sure he really said that it was 'police in Finalnd' ;D )

I had mixed emotions about the episode. I loved some of it..hated the rest.
Felt awful about Ryan's death and thought the Liv/Dale kiss was not needed., I hated that.
I always love El getting slapped.
Elliot getting hurt again..um enough already.
Great one liners from Judge Donnelly..everybody take their meds...and Fin...Clean up in Aisle 3.
Carol Kane did an awesome job as Gwen as I expected she would.
It wqasn't the best I have ever seen but certainly not the worst.

I am with ya on the mixed emotions. I think the plot was good, just not the way it played out. The kiss, ew....gross and TOTALLY not needed.
Sad to see Ryan go. I was trying to guess who was leaving but never would have guessed him.

There is a list of many grievances: 1. Loss of a great techy: Halloran, how we will miss thee. You provided us with great wit, charm, and DNA, and your expert misquito finding skills will be missed. 2. Loss of my appetite: Olivia and Stucky... there went my lunch. 3. Loss of the great Alexandra Cabot, who was stuck in traffic for the first time ever in New York City. No, but really. The episode would have been good if it hadn't been so ridiculous. First, Alex is stuck in traffic. What. A. Lame. Excuse. A simple: she's working on another case" would have sufficed, or better yet: let's bring her back and actually explain some stuff! We still have yet to learn: what, if anything, carried over from the Conviction verse, what Alex is doing, where she's going. I knew it was going to be a short arc, but let's explain some of what we're doing, people! Then was the fact that I'm pretty sure everyone knew that Stucky had something to do with this. Ten years with no paperwork errors and all of a sudden, boom! Massive error that could overturn convictions, according to bathrobe!Donnelly. Then the soda can with the massive, bloody finger print screaming out at us, and the conveniently placed line in court: "We find a way to fix [our mistakes]." I also don't understand how both Elliot and Olivia walked into that lab and didn't see Stucky until it was too late, and how Elliot was conked over the head and sliced repeatedly, and yet at the end still had enough strength to a.) Kick Stuckey in the jewels, and b.) get up and walk away with Olivia. What is this guy taking? The scenes with Munch and Gwen were great. It was lovely to get some background on these two, and get Munch involved for more than five seconds, and in a greater capacity than riding a desk spouting conspiracy theories. I also liked most of the end scene, minus the kiss that lasted wayyyy too long. I almost believed Olivia while she was punching the stuffing out of Elliot. I also found it funny that sushi was the most random of clues, but it was also obvious. Overall, it played out like a soap opera. Also, with Greylek out of the picture for next season, and assuming Alex is done also, I was frustrated with the lack of explanation. Heck, they could have used this to kill Greylek off if they wanted to, at least she would have been in the episode. ETA: Donnelly was easily the best part of this episode. First, we get bathrobe!Donnelly. I so wanted Casey or someone to walk out of there behind her. Second, her lines in court were fabulously funny. Even the part at her house was great, and I didn't expect the needle in the chair. Also got a good chuckle out of the fact that Elliot swooped right in, went "whoosh" and carted her right out to the ambulence like she was a rag doll. Funny as anything.

That bit about Alex in traffic...that gives me hope that she'll make an apperance (or two) to explain herself. But what kinda bugged me was nothing on Graylek. Yes, I don't like her but there wasn't a peep of her whereabouts. Nothing at all.

The last mentioned of Greyleck was Lead when Alex said she was sent back to DC. That was it.
Kim could have come back to be the ADA on the case, I can see her get into Dale's face and be the one Dale goes after instead...I like that better then Ryan being dead!

I thought this episode was entertaining, but still not as good as other finale's this year. And the kiss between Liv and Stuckey... Excuse me while I go wash my eyes out with acid.
Donnelly was amazing, and I am very relieved that she didn't die.

my mom and bff watched my taped ep today and i realized that the end was a little bland in that El and Dale played a deadly game of slash-and-dash and all Liv said was 'are you ok?' and he said 'yeah' and then they were just standing over the unconscious body of Dale and the dead body of Ryan! El did not even curl up in a ball in pain when Liv untaped him! i do not get it! i know that it was the season finale and they were cliffhanging us be please give a little drama to the fact that El's bff just kissed a murderer and he has five bleeding slashes over his chest and stomach!
