Woohooo! This looks like its going to be a nice well-rounded episode! And by well-rounded I mean its going to include most of the cast therefore have some more action take place in court. And it seems to me that this will be the first "Fin"-tastic episode of the season! Can't wait!
Oh and by the way, CHH Pounder who is guest-starring in this episode is AWESOME! If anyone has seen her in anything especially "If These Walls Could Talk," you know what I'm talking about. Her role in that movie was kinda small but she was absolutely perfect. I'm sure she'll be superb in tomorrow's ep!

It could've been better. Definitely. It was alot like everything else really. I wasn't expecting anything though. More action, more twists, more fun is what I want next week.

The episode was ok. Olivia looked hot in that outfit. Was anyone else shocked when they found out that Fin's son was gay.

Alright. It wasn't very strong, but I think the writers are beginning to get back on track. Slightly. The episode was quite Fin-centric, but we don't get many Fin centered episodes, so alright, we'll let that slide. But we're still not back to the place where the whole squad is really working together. I'm 99% sure Elliot never showed up in the episode. Strike one. The plot. It was ok, nothing special. It was easy to guess that the killings were centered around the AIDS virus. Good twist, however, with the killer being gay himself. That was something I dont think we've seen before. Court standpoint: Pretty good. Casey made a convincing argument. I was suprised that Petrovsky allowed that defense, that seemed totally out of character. Jury shot that right down though I thought it was interesting too how the victim's father ended up making a statement on the defendent's behalf. Doesnt happen often. Overall, ok. 6/10 maybe. - Olivia looked really nice in that dress, and I thought that Fin's son being gay was an unnecessary plot advancement. Its like the cell phones of plot advancement. ;D

Yeah I agree with you all. The plot was only so-so. I thought that the scenes in the courtroom were the strongest of this episode. Casey made some great points ("Would you kill your own brother??") and I love when CCH Pounder is the defense attorney on SVU. So except for Petrovsky's allowing the defense in (which by the way, Trublu you are completely right about...sooooo out of character. After being so tough with Alex and Casey she's just like "ok I'll let the jury hear this defense."...I mean come on! lol), I thought the legal aspect of the ep was pretty darn good.
So the next episode is a rerun of "Ghost" correct? Well, if it is, then I can say with the utmost certainty that I will give the next ep a 10 out of 10!! ;D hehe...Alex!!!!

Yes, I totally agree missinCABOT. Casey made a great argument, and CCH Pounder is always awesome as Maddox. And of course, "Ghost" will be getting a 10/10 from me as well! ;D

I only watched about fifteen minutes to it before I had to go to bed ( ) and this is how I reacted when I watched those first fifteen minutes... FIN'S SON IS GAY?!!! *nearly dies* I guess I'll catch the rest when they show it on USA. *sighs* The first Fin ep. of the season! yah! There's been a little more Munch and Fin than usual instead of Olivia and Elliot in the first 10 episodes. Or maybe they're doing an equal amount. I don't know. Has anyone notice something to that effect? Next better be a Munch ep. or else...
