I don't know but it seems very tough to see the outcome.

I don't know but it seems very tough to see the outcome. Well not exactly. In most cases to begin with, custody is awarded to the mother, unless there are circumstances that prevent the children from being well cared for and/or safe. In Elliot's case, it would be even harder for her to get custody. He's a cop with unpredictable hours, and is constant danger of being hurt or killed. And given his history with violent outbursts and anger issues, I dont think a judge would consider him fit to have sole custody of his children.

Although I dont like excessive storylines on SVU Det. personal lives for reasons I have stated before, Elliot as the stable married guy and father of 4 balanced out the others in the Squad and I believe would reflect the make-up of most Det. Squads anywhere. I always hoped he and Cathy would work it out :sadish:

I know. You'd think for once they'd give us something normal and dependable? (That's actually my idea for my next mini article.)

I don't know but it seems very tough to see the outcome. What's the betting that they leave us in a cliff hanger at the end of season 7? :veryangry:

uh DUH!! of course they will...they need to get people to watch somehow...now that SVU is really no longer the original SVU but more like "Law and Order: Elliot and Olivia take turns dealing emotional cases that hit close to home" people (like me) are getting fed up...I think a cliffhanger is mandatory...
sorry...going on a little bit of a rant there...yah but a cliffhanger I think will definitly happen.... :disappoint:
