Well, I say that the whole Casey/Olivia thing...and I know that people say this about Alex/Olivia and I yell at them when they do but here it goes anyway...I really do believe that they are just friends. But I mean, they're GREAT friends. Casey was there for Olivia in "Intoxicated" when Olivia dealt with her difficult past concerning her mother, and Olivia tried to comfort Casey on her first case in "Serendipity." And maybe I'm just seeing things, but it seems to me that Novak is more flirtacious with the opposite sex than Alex ever was. I know that doesn't necesarily mean anything but oh well.... Anyway, Cherish, Abbie admitted to being raped in college in an episode of the original "Law & Order." I can't remember the title, but this article briefly describes that episode: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abbie_Carmichael

Ok. So bascilly all we really think is that the only person Olivia really went out with was Alex, Brian and the ADA that died and the reporter guy right?

The other guy was Deputy Marshall Andy Ekerson. It took me a while to get it. *wipes sweat off forehead.*

I was told that there were..more "connecting" scenes with her and alex, but the episode never got off of the cutting room floor. Rumors are that Wolf didn't want to go in "that direction" whatev...I would've died happily myself. -a

Same here! AHHH, I mean, it's like EVERYONE except Wolf sees the awesome potential of a Alex/Olivia relationship! lol Guess we'll just have to be satisfied with the subtext for now...

Yeah. Its even more frusterating now, because we know that he knows that we want it! But its too late to do anything about it... unless Ms. March comes back again, in which case I say ho-yay lol! ;D

They seem like they have strong chemistry when you see the early episodes.

The first episode I saw from SVU was “Loss”, it was by accident really! I wasn't looking out for this show in the beginning. It wasn't that popular (in France) at the time but I "fell" on it while channel surfing. It was the end of the episode and I saw the entire "goodbye" scene! At that moment I thought “god those two were soooo together”!!!! (Alex and Olivia) I had of course no idea of the ship already going on about them and I had never seen any other episode so I was totally unbiased. I didn’t catch up on the show at that time because programs are a pain in the …. in our country. They rarely respect the chronology of the episodes (with foreign shows) and sometimes they just stop the diffusion all together. Well anyway, I picked up on it in the end thankfully and now I’m hooked….and I’m a total A/O shipper!!! Chemistry there was, subtext there was, but unfortunately (and fortunately) this show isn’t about the personal lives of the characters! Unfortunately because we would of course love to see more about their lives, fortunately because this leaves the doors open to many ships and fantasies that are thankfully fulfilled by talented fanfic authors.

Well down again hotcop. When I read a E/O story I can't make it past the 1 paragraph. I love to read A/O stories, it just works.

I agree with queenqueg E/O just feels, wrong, as they are so close (no offence as I know that there are a lot of scenes and eps where there is a lot of tension and chemistry with E/O) but for me, A/O just works, I can totally see that happaning!
