Good day everyone, Hey, this is the Byrdman coming at you today. I hope that everyone is doing well and that the weekend is starting off right for everyone as well. I just got some news off of my TIVO wishlist today that I thought everyone might be interested in. Mariska will be on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Monday, July 25 at 10:35 pm (central time) on channel 382 (NBC East on DirecTV). I wonder if she will talk about her Emmy nomination? In any case, I hope everyone gets a chance to tune in and check her out on the show. Thanks, take care, and have a great weekend, everyone!

Dear Queequeg, Hey, girl! So good to hear from you. I hope that you are having a great weekend, I know I am! I'm sorry that I cannot offer more help, but yes, it will come on at 11:35 pm eastern time that night. As far as your channel system goes, I cannot help there. I have DirecTV, it sounds like you have cable. However, I would try to watch Leno to see if it comes on at that time during the week. If so, I'm sure Mariska will appear on at that time. Please write back if you have any further questions, girl. I'm sorry that I could not be more direct in my analysis, but I am hopeful it has helped some. Take care, and please have a wonderful weekend, girl!

Yes, Queequeg, whatever channel NBC is where you are, then that is the channel that Jay Leno is on at night, 11:35. If you watched the last time she was on, you shouldnt have any problems ;D
Direct TV vs. Cable is VERY confusing.

Hey isn't it going to be a repeat.

No, i dont believe this episode is a repeat. If all else fails, just pay close attention to his opening monologue. If the jokes are about recent events, then it isnt a repeat. The late night shows rarely repeat...
And yes, byrdman, i got your PM. I'll get back to you asap, i promise!

Dear queequeg, Hey, girl! How are you tonight? I hope your week got off to a great start, girl! Wow, I have heard nothing about this appearance being a repeat. Maybe I am out of the loop here, but I have not heard that myself. I'm still going to tune in, we'll find out tomorrow. Take care, queequeg, and have a great night, girl!

Good evening everyone, Hey, this is the Byrdman just getting in touch with you all today. I hope that everyone is doing well, and that the week has been good to you all! I saw this interview on my TIVO today. It was very cool. Mariska looked lovely, and she was in great spirits on her Emmy nomination. She also talked about her Hungarian ancestry, and her trip to her home country with her husband. She visited her family, and she shared many tales and pictures of that. She also talked about some ancient Greek ruins in Italy she was looking at, and in a picture, she was bent down in front looking at an anthill! (ha! She also talked about walking up several flights of stairs, and she came out into an opening and she looked down, it was a cliff she said was wide open and went down thousands of feet! She said that she about freaked out at that moment (I can understand why, poor girl!). It also showed her mom Jayne Mansfield (thanks again, Trublu! ) when she was on a talk show in 1967. It was black-and-white, and Jane had her whole family there. The scene went down to Mariska (a 3 year old girl at the time), and they asked her her name twice. She simply laughed in response both times, too cute! I was curious, did anyone else get a chance to see this? I hope so, it was a great interview. Say, Trublu: do we have like an Irishkale from the Cold Case board over here that posts videos and sounds and everything? Just curious. Take care, and have a great night, girls!

I liked the episode, She did look amazingly beautiful and I liked the part where she was talking about the mountain. When you see the picture of her on the mountain was hilarious. It looked like she was having a migrane. I thought it was also funny when Jay was showing the pictures from the newspaper. The picture where the tree was in the driveway was funny.

I love Mariska, she is always so hilarious. The part about being at the ruins but looking at the anthill was just too funny. And that black and white clip with her family (her mother is Jayne Mansfield, not Jane Pauly byrdman...unless they are one in the same?) was so cute. *Hehe queequeg, i love "Headlines" too!* As of yet, there isnt anyone on the board who can (or has offered) to make any clips or caps. I dont know how to do it quite yet, nor do i have the right software. But there is an excellent site that i can direct you to (I meant to post the link anyways, but just never got around to it). www.svufanfiction.com/episodeclips.htmlThere are a ton of clips there, plus a ton of fanfiction on the main site.
