I think Wolf keeps bringing in more and more top names to keep the ratings high and forgets what made them high in the first place. ITA with you Patti!

This show built an awesome audience based on well written scripts and an ensemble cast. The only "big" name was Richard Belzer. It worked and I hope against hope every year that this wil return.

Sept 22,2009 What's this I hear about Benson and Stabler making out on Law & Order: SVU? — Marilyn J.
MICKEY:You hear a lot, and almost none of it is true! I'm hearing that Benson and Stabler might go undercover together, though it won't be as lovahs. I think Mariska was trying out some ha-has on the press this weekend at the Emmys, and not everyone got the joke. In true news, Christine Lahti will be returning to the show around Episode 9 to fill the ever-elusive ADA spot... for now anyway. www.tvguide.com/News/MegaBuzz-CSI-SVU-Greys-1010090.aspx?rss=objectJust as i suspected. Mariska, you are such a tease!

www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-NCIS-Fringe-SVU-1036910.aspxMega Buzz: Tiva Time on NCIS? Plus: Fringe's Future and Stabler's SVU ExitAug 30, 2011 by Adam Bryant and Natalie Abrams So, how exactly will Law & Order: SVU deal with Chris Meloni's exit? Will we see Stabler at all? — JasonADAM: Nope. When Season 13 premieres, a couple months have passed and Stabler will still be on administrative leave as a result of his actions during the precinct shooting in the finale. But the other shoe will drop for Stabler over the course of several episodes that will find Olivia untethered without him. Meanwhile, look for the Stabler-less interrogations to be a little more sly and a lot less shout-y.

www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-Good-Wife-Dexter-Vampire-Diaries-1037298.aspxSept.13th, 2011 by Adam Bryant and Natalie Abrams Thanks for the SVU scoop, but what are Finn and Munch up to this season? — Jeremy
ADAM: "I want Munch to do what Munch does best," executive producer Warren Leight tells us. "Munch in the only person in that room who questions the NYPD or the D.A.'s office. He's also been a detective for a very long time, so that's a guy who is in a position to mentor." As for Finn, look for the second episode to give us more information about his gay son Ken. Plus: Finn will partner with Benson more in Stabler's absence.

www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-HIMYM-Greys-Following-1060397.aspxWhen are we going to learn who Benson's mystery man is on SVU? — Mel
ADAM:While I hear Benson's secret lover will definitely be revealed before the end of the season, you'll have to settle for the occasional tease in the meantime. For example, on Wednesday's episode, Olivia shows up in a hot red dress when an investigation interrupts a little pre-Valentine's Day date. Perhaps further interrupting the holiday plans: Benson is forced to take a road trip to Ohio with Bayard Ellis (Andre Braugher) to reopen the case of a Death Row inmate (guest star Mike Tyson). Conversation naturally turns to Ellis' involvement in ending Benson's relationship with ADA David Haden. Is that perhaps a tease in itself?

www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-Revolution-Bones-Spoilers-1062244.aspxMarch 5,2013by Adam Bryant and Natalie AbramsGot any more scoop on Benson's mystery man on SVU? — Gina
ADAM: I can tell you that the reveal of Benson's secret relationship will not sit well with her partner Amaro, who is hurt that Benson didn't trust him with the information. But perhaps Amaro shouldn't throw stones. I hear that a ghost from the sometimes-hot-headed cop's own secret past will resurface to haunt him in a life-changing way

www.tvguide.com/News/Mega-Buzz-Bones-Spoilers-1063206.aspxMega BuzzMarch 26th, 2013 by Adam Bryant and Natalie Abrams I loved the double reveal on SVU of Benson's mystery man and Amaro's secret child. Will Amaro and Benson's partnership be affected? —Brett ADAM:Not really. In fact, Wednesday's episode, which tells the story of a woman (The Walking Dead's Lauren Cohan) carrying the baby of the man who raped her, brings Benson and Amaro closer as Olivia finally divulges more details about her own troubled origins to her partner. As far as Benson's new lover is concerned, don't look for explicit developments on that front right away. However, Benson's troubled romantic past in general is called into question when she's forced to testify.
