Poor Elliot, he really is melting down, isn't he? Of course, we've all seen it coming (because they've made it rather obvious for us).
By the way, since this perp was such a nutball and had a history of beating interrogations, where was Wong? Why didn't they bring in someone like him to help?
I can't remember exactly what Munch said right at the beginning, it was something like comparing him to a gazelle, that made me laugh. We really do need a break from the Elliot meltdown story and get more Munch and Fin.

I know! Poor Elliot. When he was beating the lockers at the end, I just wanted to hug him and wipe the blood off his hands. It kind of seemed like Olivia wanted to hug him or something when he was sitting in that chair after it was all over. I was all for that! ;D Yeah, when Much said that his coach told him he looked like a retarded gazelle that was hilarious! So, what did everyone else think?

I didn't really like this episode....I thought it was kinda boreing. I did like the part where Olivia said there was nobody behind the glass and said "Look for yourself" and opened the door. Hehe and Cregan was like "I really wish she wouldn't do that." I like episodes where they go to trial, I really like seeing the courtroom scenes, and I miss Novak

It was definitely a departure from the usual format. I liked the episode, but I am wondering what they're doing with Stabler. I feel like Olivia has been tossed to the side this season, and I'm not too fond of that idea. She had some nice scenes in the beginning of the episode, but the rest of it was basically all Stabler and his emotions. I was glad Olivia shot the suspect and not Stabler. Elliot was way too involved, and would have killed him without realizing that's what the suspect wanted in order to prove his point about Elliot. It was a good episode and Matthew Modine did a fabulous job, but I'm just not a fan of the stunt casting. I like when shows use unknowns and have them play the creepy parts.

I wasnt a big fan of this episode. I did like Munch's opening monologue, but that was about it. I think they are focusing a little too much on Elliot and not enough on the rest of the characters. Munch was basically gone after his 5 minutes, then Fin, and then Elliot basically forced Olivia out, which i did not like. They are supposed to be a team, and Elliot and Olivia are supposed to be partners. Where has that gone?
And, what is further disappointing me is the lack of the Law part of Law and Order. Casey wasnt even in Rage at all. Never mind degrading her character by sending her on pointless warrant runs every episode, now she's starting to not show up at all! I have heard that sometimes this happens because they are filming two episodes simultaneously, but jeez, her role has been reduced to cameos!
Back to this episode though, i did think that Matthew Modine did a wonderful job playing this week's psycho.
One more thing: Elliot is starting to get all out of control. If he is going to work in SVU, he needs to start keeping it together. I mean, for the sake of adding a little something to the show, yeah, go ahead, but there is a point where it is going to be too much, and that point is fast approaching. If the writers arent careful with his character, they are going to go over the line. *on another note though, Christopher Meloni is doing a beautiful job acting it out, he's stayed exceptional*

Yeah I don't like episodes where Elliot is so emotional. It kinda seems throughout the seasons that Olivia and Elliot did a "role reversal" type thing. Olivia use to be the one who always got over emotional with the cases but now I think Elliot is the one getting to involved. It's weird and I don't really like it. And I miss Novak!!!!! Where the hell are the court room scenes!?!?!?!

Yes. Im starting to really wonder where they are taking Novak as an attourney and as a person. Munch too actually. He hasnt had an episode that he can say he is really involved in either. What would really be fun would be to see Novak in a TBJ episode, where it would be all the courtroom scenes we could handle ;D

Good evening everyone, Hello, it's the Byrdman just getting in touch with you today. I hope that you girls are all having a great and rocking weekend, just like me. I caught this ep on NBC last night on rerun. It was very disturbing, I thought. A killer had gotten the best of Elliot so many year earlier, and then we got to watch them disturbingly spar all night, and he got away again. Then he had a little girl, and was going to kill her too. Thankfully, Olivia did not let that happen, but Elliot nearly broke here. Also, that scene near the end where Modine's character had that girl was bad. I just hate to see things like that, and I was glad that the girl got away, that's for sure. I really thought Elliot was going to shoot Modine's character as his hand was shaking with that gun near the end. I'm glad Olivia was able to calm him down enough to prevent that. Then at the end Elliot had a fit punching those lockers. It was just somewhat unsettling overall. They got the bad guy, but it was not a good case for the squad. Also, where was Casey? I think that she could have added more to the story, that's for sure. Just my thoughts on it after my first watching. Thanks for your attention, take care, and please have a great day, girls!
