Mad4svu, that was a great post. I was getting choked up reading it. Almost everyone knows how I love E/K and their whole family and this is my biggest fear about 6/2/09.

It's my big fear too however I'm trying very hard to prepare myself for it! I am looking forward to it at the same time and I'm sure it will let me sleep better at night after the finale airs (yep, I'm that much of a SVU nutter). This wouldn't be the first time Kathy was part of the mystery list- for it was her that became the Stabler Baby Mystery Mommy when the news first broke about a pregnancy on the show. That example has Kathy on my list of death possibilities and the one that I hope will not be coming true!

Ok, I was at work earlier and didn't really have much to do so my mind went elsewhere and put together my death list. Here's all the recurring characters who have appeared 2+ episodes all from seasons 1 thru 9 who have appeared in season 10 that may have the Grim Reaper chasing after them: Kathleen (Trials, Swing) Tonya Mileski (Trials) (ACS) CSU Siper (Confession, Baggage) Dr. Larom (Confession) Roger Kresslor (Confession) Dr. Engels (Confession) Kathy (Swing, Wildlife) Eli (Swing, Wildlife) Judge Ridenour (Swing) CSU lady played by Edelen McWilliams (Swing, Dr. Parnell (Swing, Wildlife) Carolyn Maddox (Swing) Dickie (Lunacy) Walsh (attorney) (Lunacy) Ruben Morales (Retro, Babes, Smut) Donna Emmett (Retro) Russell Hunter (attorney) (Retro) Lionel Granger (Babes, Lead) Barry Moredock (Babes, Smut, Lead) Dr. Beresford (Smut, Hell) Judge Petrovsky (PTSD, Baggage) Elizabeth Donnelly (Persona) Trevor Langan (Persona, Lead, Selfish) Judge Cohen (Selfish, Persona) Judge Preston (Persona) Ryan O'Halloran (Persona, Babes, Lead, Selfish, Ballerina) IAB Sgt. Tucker (Lead) Lorna Scarry (attorney) (Lead) Dale Stuckley (Ballerina, Selfish) Sophie DeVere (Selfish) Parole Officer Lennon (Snatched) I think it's fair to say that the first half of the season are pretty safe: Mileski, Dr. Larom, Dr. Parnell, Walsh, Emmett, Hunter, Dr. Engels, CSU Edelen, Judge Ridenour, Maddox, Scarry, Lennon, Preston since they didn't appear as much- only one, two episodes tops at best. That leaves Dale, Kathy, Kathleen, Siper, Petrovsky, Morales, O'Halloran, Langan, Beresford, Tucker, Granger, and Donnelly. We know that Dale will be in both Crush and the finale, Donnelly is supposed to be in the finale, as well as Kathleen going to be in Crush. But the audience won't really cry over this loss. I am thinking Beresford is safe, he has been in many episodes in the past (he's a cute Dr.) but I never heard anything negative about him. O'Halloran, Siper, and Morales are loved (at least I love them!), Kathy...well...I know there's certain EO shippers that would LOVE to have her dead. Petrovsky, Langan, Tucker, Granger are the types that we love to hate. Then there's Donnelly, I love her too but I also know that Judith Light has been making other appearances here and there on other TV shows, suchs as Ugly Betty. I am not counting Eli on the list although he is on it because he did appear in season 10...I don't like the idea of a little kid being killed as there's much of that already. I will be honest: I won't miss Kathleen. She has had four years focused on her and it's really tiring. Maureen only had season 1 and it was typical teenage growing up pains no big deal and she didn't have anything dragged on and on like Kathleen's DUI. I think most of us feel the same way. Dale...I think enough has been said already LOL!

Random ScoopletJune 1st, 2009 Law & Order: SVU:In tomorrow's season finale, Olivia seduces one character and b**** slaps another. Care to guess which one is Stabler? BTW, there's still no deal in place for Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni to return next season, but I hear talks are "moving in the right direction." ausiellofiles.ew.com/2009/06/random-scooplet.htmlHere are all the clues for "Who will bite the dust" in the season finale. Thanks to SpyBarbie at svufans.net who gathered all the info. * It's NOT Benson or Stabler - Ausiello, TV Guide - April 28-May 3 * The person who dies is NOT in the opening credits - Ask Ausiello - April 29, 2009 * Not many fans will mourn their passing - Ask Ausiello - April 22, 2009 * It's somebody who's been on the show 'for a while' - TV Guide - April 28-May 3 * We might figure out the victim in the episodes leading up to the finale - TV Guide - April 28-May 3 * The death has a profound effect - TV Guide - April 28-May 3 * "It'll be very upsetting" - TV Guide Magazine * "The detectives will be involved in solving the case" - Watch with Kristin And this last one from Neal Baer's twitter: The person who will dies has only been on 1 previous episode this season. That really narrows it down. I think its Donnelly. She has only appeared in one episode this season previously, PERSONA.

(I’ve got my ideas *evil grin* - Alex/Olivia shippers are dancing for joy. Lol) (Elliot had it coming! Hahahaha!). That’s right! Spoil my fun!
Thank goodness for that.
gee, that narrows it down.
if it’s 3B (Bing, bang, bong guy), I’m throwing a darn party!
Now that leaves me to wonder, who could it really be?
really? I’m still clueless. Although I have my suspicions...
I swear; if it’s Alex...I’m going on a hunger strike!
Oh God! It’s Alex! I just now it...my ulcer is coming back!
Well duh! I hope so!
Hmm...This puts a new spin on things. If it is the Queen Donnelly, then that may explain Alex’s departure – she and Donnelly were close and if that’s the case, Alex may skip town (figuratively speaking). And leave poor Benson alone again, naturally (sorry, couldn’t help it)

Ask Ausiello June 3rd 2009 ausiellofiles.ew.com/2009/06/ask-ausiello-spoilers-on-lost-the-closer-weeds-true-blood-burn-notice-the-office-and-more.html#moreQuestion: Any scoop on Mariska and Chris' contract negotiations? Are they still going to be on SVU next season? --Kae
Ausiello: Still no official deal, but things are looking good. Question: The season finale of Law & Order: SVU was extremely disappointing! We were all led to believe that a "major" character was going to die. I'd even read/heard it was going to be someone in the opening credits. Then it turns out to be the guy in the lab? It was so misleading! --Jill
Ausiello: Don't go pointing fingers at me. I strongly hinted back in April that reports of a major SVU death were greatly exaggerated. [Beat] You're still pointing at me. [Beat] Stop. Re:# 1. I'm tired of hearing of this already! Re: #2. Jill must have gotten her wires crossed. The spoiler was that the character being killed would not be in the opening credits.

* Not many fans will mourn their passing - Ask Ausiello - April 22, 2009 Bull. I have seen more posts about Ryan's passing as devasting rather then celebrating.

* Not many fans will mourn their passing - Ask Ausiello - April 22, 2009 Bull. I have seen more posts about Ryan's passing as devastating rather then celebrating. I totally agree. Also the tidbit about the person being on only 1 previous episode this season was totally wrong. I had previously thought that it would be either O'Halloran or Donnelly until I read that blurb. Donnelly was only in 1 episode prior to the finale so then I thought it would be her.

all the lead up to the finale was very much hype and ended up being wrng. Since I am not new to this fanchise, I should not have been fooled into thinking this time would be different, but it was fun.

Liberties was mostly circulated around the Judge and it didn't have any CSU members in the episode with the exception for Warner's team. I really thought that was the 'clue' for Donnelly's demise.

ausiellofiles.ew.com/2010/01/06/svu-meloni-and-tergesen-reunite/It’s a reunion seven years in the making…. Lee Tergesen is reteaming with ex-Oz lover Chris Meloni in an upcoming episode of Law & Order: SVU, sources confirm to me exclusively. Tergesen is playing a deranged religious zealot suspected of murder. An SVU insider says you can expect “lots of sweaty interrogation scenes between Meloni and Tergesen.” Just like old times! This will mark the first time Meloni and Tergesen have worked together since Oz went off the air in 2003.

Uh-oh...when I see the phrase 'religious zealot' I get antsy. It's gonna be one of those episodes that make you cringe - cringe as in a 'oh god, this is terrible' kinda way.
