Now riddle me this: Would Detective John Munch say something like this? Does that mean I have to answer in riddle form? ;D I don't know. I don't think I can really see Munch saying that. I kinda interpret it as being a... I don't want to say factual... but non-sarcastic comment. And since Munch hasn't had much luck in the love department...

I kinda interpret it as being a... I don't want to say factual... but non-sarcastic comment. And since Munch hasn't had much luck in the love department... But in a moment of softness I can see him saying that. Read this Kaddish from HLOTS quote here: Munch: You remember when you were young and the most exciting thing that you thought of was that girl in your French class. You hoped she'd talk to you, let you walk her home, maybe even let you hold her hand. Kellerman: Every time you looked at her you got embarrassed. Munch: You could'nt imagine sleeping with her. All you could think about was reaching down for her hand, weaving your fingers together, have her palm touch your palm. We forget what that was like. We have sex, get married, fight, get divorced. Somewhere along the line we forgot how wonderful it is to hold another human being's hand. What happens to us that we take things like that for granted? Kellerman: I don't know. We get older, I guess. Munch: We get older, forget who we used to be, what we used to believe in. Love, peace, the Colts would always be in Baltimore. Here's to all the Helen Rosenthal's of the world

Hm, perhaps then. It might depend on the situation he is in. He would have to be in a very serious, non-sarcastic setting.
My quote (really lyrics from Fort Minor's "Where'd You Go?", but close enough):
"Where'd you go? I miss you so Seems like it's been forever That you've been gone."
Where are Munch and Fin?!

Now let's find one that say something along the lines of "You have over-welcomed your stay" for Benson and Stabler.

"I'm looking for attention Not another question Should you stay or should you go? Well, if you don't have the answer Why you still standing here? Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey Just walk away Just walk away, Just walk away" "Walk Away"- Kelly Clarkson

I think this sounds like Cragen to me.
