Some of you probably have heard or watched this, but for those of you who haven't, I'd highly recommend to see this clip on YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSoIt is the last lecture of Professor Randy Pausch of Carnegie Mellon, and it is very inspirational.

Terry, since I am on dial-up I can't watch youtube as it can take an hour to load. Is there a link to a written transcript?

I don't know if anyone of you guys have heard, but Randy Pausch passed away yesterday in his home, 11 months after being told that his cancer would kill him within 6.
May he rest in peace, and may the legacy he left behind still live on.

I hadn't heard Terry, thanks for sharing this news with us. This is a sad thing, but he has done a lot for many people through this lecture and he will be missed.

There will be a Primetime Special on Randy Pausch with Diane Sawyer, tonight, July 29th on ABC at 10PM. There were also special tributes to him on him on Good Morning America on Monday & Tuesday, July 28th & 29th. I just found out about this or I would have posted earlier. The Primetime Special is titled "The Last Lecture: A Celebration of Life." abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=4614281&page=1&gclid=COCG1YCP5pQCFQv7agodnxc9SA
