He's not a super popular guy. He was married to Jenifer Garner for a few years - they met on Falicaty. I don't recall seeing him in any movies...

SVU Exclusive: Rosie Perez, Garret Dillahunt to Anchor Explosive EpisodeAug 20, 2009 04:18 PM ET by Mickey O'Connor www.tvguide.com/News/SVU-Perez-Dillahunt-1009103.aspxRosie Perez and Garret Dillahunt will square off on an explosive episode of Law & Order: SVU this fall about pedophiles' rights, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. On the fifth episode of the new season, Dillahunt (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' Cromartie, No Country for Old Men) will play the head of a pedophilia organization (think NAMBLA — or, you know, don't). "It's called 'Hardwired,'" executive producer Neal Baer says, "because they believe that pedophilia is ."
Baer says the writers had the Oscar-nominated Perez (Do the Right Thing, Fearless) in mind when they wrote the role of a young sexual abuse victim's mother. "I think you'll be surprised by her performance," he teases.
Jim True-Frost, who you might remember from The Wire, also appears.
The same episode also marks the return of two fair-haired legal ladies to the series: Defense attorney Patrice Larue (Jeri Ryan) will battle Stephanie March's Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Cabot, who starts her 10-episode run behind the prosecutor's bench that week.
Not enough? Fine. Baer also tells us that the same hour will feature a "big reveal" about B.D. Wong's Dr. Huang, which will surface as a result of a confrontation he has with Det. Benson (Mariska Hargitay).
Law & Order: SVU returns for its 11th season on Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 9/8c on NBC. "Hardwired" is scheduled to air in October.

I know who the actess is but the two actors are drawing a blank. I've seen Rosie in a few dramatic roles and holy cow! She can act!
Stephanie and Jeri on one screen! Oh man...I'm getting ready for this battle!! My money is on March!
WHAT!?!?!?!? Holy mother of sweet pearl!! What the heck is going on! Those two are like good friends and they have a blow up? My world is slowly spinning!
My gut feeling is that Dr. Huang will reveal that he's gay...I don't know about you, but that's my feeling...

It doesn't affect the storyline, I know, but just thought I'd confirm That would be the best storyline ever! ;D Michelle Hurd played Monique, yeah? Hmmmm, wonder if we'll see a return?? (I don't care, I liked all the disliked characters, and I'm sticking with it! ;D)

Kathy Griffin Lands Law & Order: SVU Guest SpotNov 10, 2009 09:16 PM ET by Natalie Abrams www.tvguide.com/News/Kathy-Griffin-Lands-1011867.aspxComedian Kathy Griffin will guest-star in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, TVGuide.com has confirmed. Late on Monday, executive producer Neal Baer asked fans on Twitter to fill in the spaces in a Hangman-type game. After nearly a day's worth of guesses, Baer revealed that the D-List star would be guest-starring later this season. Griffin, 49, will play a lesbian activist in the Feb. 10 episode.

Oh god - I'm starting to worry. Not so much about Griffin being in an episode but because whenever there is a lesbian (or gay) character on a show, they are either a victim or a crazy killer. I don't like either of those sterotypical characters. I hope that Kathy Griffin's character is one of the good guys.
