I’m a little disappointed in it. Wasn’t as interested as I thought I was.
Maybe the last 5 minutes of the episode actually held my attention. When Liv held the victim in court, “ I saw you!...” – that was, for me, a poignant moment for me. And I can definitely see where the season is headed now that Olivia made that bold statement – “I see these young uni’s and I feel…tired.” I felt for her. It’s been a long 13 years and she does deserve…more.
What annoyed me (again) was how they’re playing the ‘relationship’ aspect of that particular scene. And again, if all they say is true, Olivia will be heart broken…again. Why can’t they write a decent, normal, good guy for Olivia? They continuously set her up with these dudes that end up being the ‘bad guy’. I hate that they doing this once more. And it’s getting very old. I don’t care if this lawyer guy is an awesome guy outside courthouse, but the fact that he’s defending the accused has my warning bells going off.
I don’t know…maybe I’m getting tired of the same outcome every episode…I love my SVU and will always be loyal but its stories are getting old fast.
