OK folks, this was a Munch episode. I loved the storyline as I find this particular branch of the Jewish Community extremely fascinating. They tend to operate outside traditional law and inside their own as was brought out well.
I felt Munch was awesome when he was able to tell the Rabbi even with rusty Yiddish, that he was not being truthful.
What did everyone else think?
Rhea Perelman as an attorney not the bar maid on CHEERS, not easy to take.
Casey was awesome.
Now did anyone else feel that Munch could have had an even bigger role in this? No one is more qualified on Jewish issues than the character of Munch played by a very informed Jewish man Richard Belzer.

I have to admit I didn't care for this episode in terms of the storyline. I missed Melinda in this one although I'm not surprised she wasn't there no one died, but at least she was mentioned by Elliot I liked Rhea as a lawter, but it was still hard to see her as one.

I certainly liked it better than alot of what I saw in Seasons 7 and 8. Season 9 has been alot better except for Munch's number of episodes being cut.

I liked the episode. I think it dragged out some towards the end like they were trying to fill some time but overall it was good.

I agree with you, benstabler, I felt they were dragging it out in the end, but I still thought it was good. ;D

The dragging out I can see also. It was like they couldn't decide how to wrap it up.

I guess the stand in writers forgot it was an hour show and had to improvise

I just got to watch this one, and I must say that there were some interesting concepts. I feel like starting off with the Jewish thing then taking a 180 flip to the media was a little unsatisfying. They teased us with a bit of Munch, then took him away and gave us, guess who, more Stabler. Just what we needed. I can see the flip-flop acting schedule coming into play once again.
They made an interesting argument, though, with the influence of media on young minds, or even minds in general, really. I mean, look at what show we are watching! (That was slightly ironic, methinks.)

Seems all roads lead to Benson or Stabler That's a shame. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that. Sometimes I think as a munchfin junkie, I'm never happy. This is off topic but Trublu, I love your avatar.
