Not a Kim fan, not yet anyways, but won't argue that with you Tru. It is special victims UNIT after all right? Still 100% better than last week though

If they hadn't made it so much about Elliot and his mentor, I think this episode would have been better. It was already ten times better than anything else we've see this season, though. And has anyone else noticed that lately, when the squad arrives at the scene, Warner says something, and then they ask: "What's that got to do with us?", and then Warner says something SVU related?
I really enjoyed seeing the whole squad working together on this one, and even Warner and Huang made appearances. And of course Munch has his suspicions about the moon landings. I did however, once again, think it was annoying that they had to focus so much on Elliot and his past. And I got the feeling that they were portraying him like if he hadn't taken responsibility when he became a dad, then he would, of course, have made it into the astronaut program.
The whole thing with Brolin chasing the Belgian astronaut across the country, made me think back on the Lisa Nowak case. It's not that similar, but still.
That said, my mind is now permanently scarred after seeing Olivia first as a long haired blonde, then agreeing to go out with Elliot's grey haired mentor, and then arriving at his hotel in a purple dress. Wolf and Baer should pay for my therapy.

I liked this episode much better than last weeks. I don't know if it was just me but I guessed way too early it was Finley. Was that impression given off early? I don't know. Didn't mind the insight into El's life, something I have always enjoyed with the show (the backgrounds) and it wasn't too much in my opinion. I enjoyed it! But I think it would have been funnier if it was Liv in the room. I agree with you 100%. I was able in 10 minutes to figure out it was Finley. We must have watched the show too long so we know who dun it. LOL. For me, I knew right away that it was Mr. Buzz Light Year. They way he kept looking at Olivia's butt that way ...and he kept playing himself off as some 'unsung hero' - that really got me got me annoyed.

They have caused me much distress also. Maybe we can get them to pay for a group rate.

What can I say... I did enjoy the Episode because of 3 things: 1. Fin's hair is starting to grow on me... 2. Seeing Olivia in a dress - a hot one, I should add. Always a goodie. 3. Elliot going all gangsta in the end I knew from the moment Dick was instroduced to us that he killed the woman. I mean that was crystal clear. Especially as he started hinting at the girlfriend and that Carlos guy... for god's sakes, a little twist would have been nice. Anyway.. I think we need much more Munch and Fin.. makes me sooo sad that we barely see lately. As Olivia agreed to go with Dick to that whateveritwas I felt like punching her. I mean come on... that guy was really really old and Liv deserves someone with more sexappeal. Nothing against old guys, but I didn't think he looked all that well. I bet she would have slept with him there was sex in the air. I liked the scene with Elliot's son... that boy is gonna make the ladies turn their heads someday. ;D

Still not liking Fin's hair, he looks older I think, guess the old gals like that Maybe Liv was somewhat attracted to the "power" thing, him being the important astronaut? I'll offer group rates on therapy....I took a half year of Psychology, I think that qualifies me!

But you know when Liv agreed to go on a date with him she asked if Elliot should come too, like that was sort of awkward. I think she felt like in a weird position with El's mentor asking her out. But I gotta agree that when she said yes to him I was like oh god. And as for she deserves to be with someone with more sexappeal... Elliot was RIGHT there after she got outta the cab! Haha. THERE YOU GO! Okay, well, maybe not. But I can plan that E/O dinner date SVU episode in my head I guess. Haha, everyone would probably like, go insane except me when that happens. Haha ;D

Welcome Selina, Fin's hair is beginning to grow on me too. The episode was to predictable since we all knew who did it. Old guys aren't all that bad but then I am an old girl Great. i was like "WTF? " when I saw he cut his hair. It was just part of him... it was weird when it was gone. But now I'm okay with it. Ice still looks yummy. ;D And I agree... Old guys aren't all that bad BUT Dick really didn't look all that well. He was not a George Clooney or a Richard Gere. If I'd imagine to do one of them I couldn't decide. But with Dick - no way. That guy was just not a turn on.

Haha ;D It's true that she brought up Elliot but I figure that was because she wasn't sure if he really meant it as a date. However, I'm glad they didn't have the chance to go because my dear mind would have created the oddest scenes between dick and liv. Scenes I wouldn't wanna have flying through my brains. *shivers* Ohhhh and someone here said that he/she first thought it was Liv as Elliot walked into Dick's place. I thought the same and I'm pretty damn sure the writers wanted us to believe it was liv. I mean that hair cut... from afar she did look like Livvie. I was like "no... please... please Elliot, tell me you walked in just in time." As I noticed it wasn't Olivia I was relieved. you guys can't imagine.

Selina, I don't like James Brolin. LOL. and I agree he didn't look all that well. Also remember to edit your posts to add other content rather than posting one post after another. ;D

I don't think there has ever been an episode with Olivia smiling as much as she did in this episode... It was nice, tho. Mariska looks beutiful when she's laughing. ;D
